Job Description

As a highly skilled Solar Installation Supervisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful completion of solar installation projects from start to finish. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee all aspects of these projects, guaranteeing they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

You will work closely with our team of experts to ensure that Energy Bay Developments deploys industry-leading installations. This will involve supervising and coordinating the work of installation teams, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversight of solar installation projects, ensuring timely completion, budget adherence, and high-quality standards.
  • Supervision and coordination of installation teams, including guidance, training, and support.
  • Ensuring industry-leading installations through collaboration with our team.
  • Maintaining accurate records of project activities, including daily reports, timesheets, and material usage.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in construction management or design, along with relevant certifications and experience in the field. A Cert III Electrotechnology Electrician qualification is also highly desirable.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Construction Management or Design.
  • Cert III Electrotechnology Electrician qualification.
  • At least 2 years of experience in solar roofing.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a thorough understanding of construction and mounting systems and techniques.
  • Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and perform physical tasks as needed.
  • Valid Working at Heights Certification.
  • White Card.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Full working rights.
