About The Role

You will play a pivotal role in supporting our ambition to strengthen the building and construction industry by providing exceptional procurement services for operational staff and developing best practice contract performance across the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Communicate strategic sourcing and contract management to staff and facilitate changes to traditional procurement practices through training and education programs.
  • Prepare and call tenders and undertake purchasing activities for various categories involving construction, maintenance, consulting, and upgrade activities, including evaluation and regulatory techniques.
  • Provide guidance and assistance to operational and estimating teams in purchasing and associated policies, as well as pricing of future works.
  • Strive for continuous improvement within the procurement and estimating function, maintaining awareness of current industry procurement and estimating practices.
  • Establish working relationships with stakeholders, including suppliers and contractors, focusing on competitive pricing and meeting established performance standards.
  • Develop and deliver procurement and contract management training programs to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain procurement instructions, procedures, and guidelines in conjunction with quality assurance and central procurement office.
  • Demonstrate professionalism, enthusiastically contributing to our culture and motivating staff to exceed expectations and provide the highest standards of customer service.
