The Role:

This position is based in Sydney to support our customers and business partners. Key responsibilities include field and workshop maintenance on EWP's & Material Handling products, inventory management, routine travel, and client entertainment. To succeed, you will need to demonstrate:

  • Trade-certified qualifications in either a mechanical or auto-electrical field.
  • A solid understanding of maintenance, inspection, and repair procedures with construction or agricultural equipment.
  • At least 2 years of post-trade experience working on EWP equipment, with preference given to those with this background.
  • Strong attention to detail, proficient computer skills, and excellent communication abilities.
  • Reliability, innovation, and a drive for career progression.
  • Ongoing permanent work rights in Australia with no restrictions.
  • A valid Australian driver's license.

Requirements:

To excel in this role, you should have:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in field service within the machinery or equipment industry.
  • A good understanding of EWP's or Material Handling equipment, although not essential.
  • A customer-centric approach focused on delivering high-quality service.
  • The ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage time efficiently.
  • Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic skills.
  • The capacity to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and diagrams.
  • Familiarity with safety protocols and a commitment to adhering to strict safety standards.

Compensation:

We offer a competitive salary range of AU$80,000 - AU$110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
