Senior Software Craftsman

Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain software systems, art assets, game engine assets, shaders, and real-time visual effects.
- Collaborate with engineers and artists to ensure product meets performance and quality requirements.
- Identify, analyze and solve technical issues related to the art pipeline.
- Provide technical feedback to artists to ensure the creation of optimized assets.
- Document and promote best practices.
- Design and develop tools and scripts to optimize Unity workflow.
- Profile and debug game performance to identify areas that need optimization.
- Optimize software, art and overall system efficiency.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in game development or equivalent.
- Familiarity with versioning software such as Perforce, CVS, or Alien Brain.
- Experience creating motion graphics or animations is highly desirable.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines while maintaining high levels of quality.
- Strong knowledge of game engines and UI/UX principles.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work on multiple projects with minimal direction.
