Job Title: Digital Service Development Specialist
We are seeking an experienced Digital Service Development Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering innovative digital services and technology solutions that improve efficiency and create meaningful impact.
About the Role:
- The ideal candidate will lead workshops to map business processes and design improvements, gather and document requirements, and conduct gap analyses to ensure solutions align with business needs.
- You will also manage Agile delivery, including facilitating Scrum ceremonies, and create process maps, workflows, and customer journey maps using UML and BPMN 2.0.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop strong business analysis skills on large-scale or complex projects.
- Skilled in process modelling (UML, BPMN 2.0) and process improvement (Lean, Six Sigma desirable).
- Experience with user-friendly design tools (Figma, Balsamiq).
- Proven Agile delivery expertise, including leading Scrum ceremonies.
