Lead Front of House Operations

We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to lead our front-of-house operations.


Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere for all guests.
  • Maintain accurate financial records, manage budgets, and analyze sales data to inform business decisions.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to optimize revenue and profitability.

Requirements:

Key Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
  • Certification in wine knowledge is highly desirable.
