**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Engagement Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth.

**Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute sales plans to achieve targeted results
- Provide expert advice and guidance to families navigating the aged care journey
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential residents, their families, and external referrers
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless transitions and high-quality service delivery
- Analyze market trends and develop strategies to improve customer engagement and sales performance

**Requirements:

- Proven track record of success in sales and marketing roles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Current drivers license without restriction
- National Police Certificate or ability to acquire
