The Opportunity

A rare and exciting opportunity has become available for a Trade Sales Representative based in the Toowoomba region. A position like this doesn't come up often and is due to a long-standing team member approaching retirement after almost 20 years with the business. This role involves working as part of our Trade Team, reporting to the QLD Trade Sales Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintaining and developing relationships with all assigned customers.
  • Identifying and developing new customers, confident in cold calling.
  • Growing sales, identifying new product and market opportunities.
  • Liaising with the operations team to improve product quality and customer service.
  • Preparing project quotations and sales proposals.
  • Collaborating with team members, other business areas, and projects as required.
  • Adhering to national critical safety rules and contributing to a safe working environment.
About You
  • A proven sales track record, preferably in the building industry.
  • Honest, self-motivated, and passionate about being successful in sales.
  • Ability to be on the road, manage appointments, and remain productive.
  • Willingness to enhance the customer experience by working with enthusiasm, energy, and pace.
  • While experience is beneficial, it's your passion, reliable attitude, and personality that will set you apart.
Estimated Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per annumBenefits and Rewards
