We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable lifeguards to join our team at the Ascot Vale Leisure Centre. As a lifeguard, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety of our patrons and providing a positive experience for all visitors.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor and maintain the safety of pool areas, including the pool deck, surrounding areas, and aquatic facilities.
- Respond to emergencies and provide first aid as needed.
- Enforce pool rules and regulations to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all patrons.
- Work effectively as part of a team to maintain a clean and safe environment.
- Provide excellent customer service and interact with patrons in a friendly and professional manner.
- Current First Aid (Level 2) & Current CPR Certificate
- National Police Check
- Current Pool Lifeguard Certificate
- Ability to work mornings, evenings, and weekends
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as a strong and valuable part of the team
