Sales and Merchandise Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Sales Support Merchandise professional to join our team. This exciting opportunity will allow you to develop strong customer relationships and provide a memorable experience for all customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform general administrative tasks including stock control, ordering, receipting, and dispatching of goods
• Assist customers with pricing and product queries
• Process counter sales
• Maintain safety processes
• Assist with merchandise campaign material
• Maintain a welcoming, friendly, and well-presented store environment
• Load and unload trucks, dispatch, and unpack orders and deliveries

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a team support role in a busy environment
• Possession of passion for Australian farming and agriculture, ideally with knowledge of animal health and rural merchandise
• Demonstrated skills in effective verbal communications to build solid long-term customer relationships
• A proactive approach to work and practical organisation skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Problem solving skills and empathy to resolve customer issues promptly
• Ability to identify ways to improve internal sales processes
• Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
• A current driver's license is essential
• Forklift ticket desirable or a willingness to obtain one on the job
• Truck licence a bonus but not essential
• Ag Chem certification ideal or willingness to obtain one on the job
