About Our Team

We are a passionate and dedicated team at Uniting Limited, committed to inspiring positive change in our communities. As an Orange Door Practitioner, you will be part of a multidisciplinary agency team working together to deliver high-quality support services to children, young people, and families experiencing family violence.

Key Qualifications and Skills:
  • Bachelor of Social Work or equivalent as per the mandatory minimum qualification requirements for specialist family violence practitioners.
  • Experience in child, youth, and families welfare, with a focus on family violence response and prevention.
  • Well-developed risk assessment and management skills, with a strong understanding of the MARAM Framework and Best Interests Principles.
  • Valid and current Driver's License, with the ability to travel to outreach locations.
