Electrical Control Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Control Specialist to join our team at our Botany-based manufacturing plant. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our electrical systems and identifying opportunities for improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Investigate and resolve electrical faults and issues in a timely and efficient manner
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance electrical system performance and efficiency
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of electrical systems with other plant operations
  • Provide training and coaching to electrical technicians on new technologies and best practices
  • Ensure adherence to all relevant safety protocols and regulatory requirements

Requirements:

  • Electrical Engineering degree or equivalent experience
  • Current NSW Electrical License
  • Experience with PLCs (Allen Bradley, Siemens, Omron) and drives
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
