Logistics Coordinator for Truck Load Management

We are seeking an experienced Logistics Coordinator to manage truck loads in and out of our depot. If you have allocating experience in the reefer trailer delivery chain, this could be the ideal role for you.

As a Logistics Coordinator, your responsibilities will include:

  • Organizing truck loads in and out of depot
  • Taking calls from customers and transport companies
  • Ensuring all paperwork is correct and complete
  • Working within a depot and admin team
  • Knowledge of Jaix software is an advantage

The ideal candidate will be able to ensure that all operations run smoothly and efficiently. Training will be provided for the right person.

This is a full-time, permanent position offering a competitive salary and benefits package. The work schedule includes 10 hour shifts, 12 hour shifts, 8 hour shifts, afternoon shifts, day shifts, evening shifts, and morning shifts. Work location is in-person.
