The Role:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Team Assistant to support our clients expanding Wealth Management Division. This is an exceptional opportunity to join a close-knit team within a progressive and professional firm.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate client databases and update them as needed.
  • Efficiently input and manage client data to ensure all information is up-to-date.
  • Prepare and format client correspondence using templates for professionalism and clarity.
  • Pre-populate forms on behalf of clients with accurate and necessary information.
  • Handle document deliveries efficiently and professionally.
  • Reconcile credit card statements to maintain accuracy in financial records.
  • Process fund transfers and pay invoices on behalf of clients using bulk transactions.
  • Provide general administrative support to Client Service Officers and the wider team as needed.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
  • Willingness to learn and take initiative.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.

Salary and Benefits:

This permanent role offers a salary package of $65,000 - $75,000 per annum, providing a competitive remuneration for the successful candidate.
