This role offers a unique opportunity to provide high-quality, person-centred dietetic services across Residential Aged Care facilities and the local community.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering individualised nutrition care to adults in aged care and community settings
- Supporting improved nutrition and hydration systems in aged care homes
- Conducting menu and mealtime assessments
- Facilitating engaging education sessions
- Collaborating with external stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams to ensure best outcomes
- Maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Contributing positively to our team culture and living out the company values
- Embracing continuous learning and evidence-based practice
We are a national allied health provider to the Aged Care, Community and Disability industry. Our team is passionate about the care they provide to their clients.
Requirements- A Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Dietetics
- Current registration as a Dietitian (DA)
- This is a mobile role and a willingness to travel is essential
- Ability to obtain NDIS workers screening and National Police Check
- Australian working rights
- Proof of Covid-19 vaccination and current Flu Vaccination
