Role Overview

This role offers a unique opportunity to provide high-quality, person-centred dietetic services across Residential Aged Care facilities and the local community.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  1. Delivering individualised nutrition care to adults in aged care and community settings
  2. Supporting improved nutrition and hydration systems in aged care homes
  3. Conducting menu and mealtime assessments
  4. Facilitating engaging education sessions
  5. Collaborating with external stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams to ensure best outcomes
  6. Maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation
  7. Contributing positively to our team culture and living out the company values
  8. Embracing continuous learning and evidence-based practice

Requirements
  • A Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Dietetics
  • Current registration as a Dietitian (DA)
  • This is a mobile role and a willingness to travel is essential
  • Ability to obtain NDIS workers screening and National Police Check
  • Australian working rights
  • Proof of Covid-19 vaccination and current Flu Vaccination
