Care Professionals Wanted for Aged Care Residence

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate individuals to join our team as Care Professionals at our purpose-built aged care residence in Walmsley. As a valued member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide high-quality personal care and support services to our residents, ensuring their dignity and well-being are maintained at all times.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with residents, families, and colleagues, promoting a culture of respect and open communication.
- Contribute to the delivery of exceptional care by working collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to meet the unique needs of each resident.
- Maintain accurate and detailed documentation, adhering to relevant policies and procedures.
To be successful in this role, you will possess a Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Your ability to work flexibly, including morning, afternoon, and night shifts, is also essential. As a commitment to providing safe care, you must hold a current Australian Driver's License and own a reliable vehicle.
