About the Role

This position has been created to support the implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns, driving awareness, enquiry and bookings for Ingenia Holiday Parks.

As a key member of the marketing team, you will work closely with the Marketing and Partnerships Manager for Tourism to assist in developing and implementing effective marketing plans that drive commercial outcomes.

The ideal candidate will have prior marketing experience, be interested in the tourism industry and possess excellent planning and organisational abilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Marketing Advice and Service: Provide expert marketing advice, assistance and service to all Ingenia Communities tourism and Food & Beverage teams.
  • Tourism Revenue Growth: Drive tourism revenue by working across all areas of systems administration, website maintenance and content management.
  • Websites and Content: Regularly update websites and maintain accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Marketing Collateral: Assist in the production and effective distribution of marketing collateral.
  • Digital Promotion: Assist in the rollout and maintenance of the in-park digital promotion/information screens.
  • Customer Support: Provide support to frontline teams and customers with gift card enquiries.
  • Event Organisation: Assist in the organisation of events such as conferences, exhibitions and in-park activations.
  • Accommodation Products: Assist with the onboarding and updating of accommodation products.
  • Campaign Delivery: Support the delivery of campaigns to increase market penetration and brand awareness to achieve required commercial outcomes.
  • Marketing Tasks: Manage day-to-day marketing tasks such as signage, photography and design requests.
  • Stock Management: Monitor and maintain stock levels of merchandise, flags and key collateral.
  • Invoice and Payment Queries: Assist with day-to-day invoicing and supplier payment queries.
  • Marketing Inbox Management: Manage marketing inboxes and channel to the appropriate team members for actioning.
About You
  • Prior marketing experience preferred.
  • Interest in the tourism industry.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and strong computer literacy.
  • Excellent planning and organisational abilities.
  • Confident in decision making and ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Well organised with a high attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the proven ability to persuade others, build consensus and work well within a team environment.
  • Ability to travel occasionally to support front line team at events, expos, open days etc.
Estimated Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 per annum
