Job Description:

This position plays a vital role in the provision of dental care to patients, ensuring their needs are met in accordance with their identified requirements. The successful candidate will be part of an interdisciplinary dental team focused on population health, delivering high-quality and cost-effective services.

The role operates within a multi-disciplinary environment that incorporates shared team processes and interventions, recognizing the breadth of client and community health needs beyond primary presentations. This includes engaging with individuals and communities to achieve improvement in population health.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver dental care services to eligible patients, tailoring treatment plans to meet individual needs
  • Contribute to an interdisciplinary team approach, fostering collaboration and coordination of care
  • Participate in shared team processes and interventions to address broader client and community health needs
Requirements:
