About the Role:

We are currently seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to fill a leadership position within our aged care sector. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and skilled professional to take their career to the next level, while making a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the delivery of high-quality care services, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and excellence in practice.
  • Lead and mentor a team of nurses, providing guidance and support to ensure optimal patient outcomes and staff satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to address changing resident needs.
  • Participate in quality assurance activities, conducting audits and implementing improvements to maintain high care standards.
  • Ensure accurate and timely documentation of care plans, incidents, and resident records.

Salary:

The salary for this role is estimated to be around $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA.
  • Previous experience in a leadership position within aged care or a related field.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Knowledge and experience of aged care accreditation, regulations, and best practices.
