
Expert Mental Health Support Specialist

We're seeking a highly skilled and compassionate clinician to join our team as an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Clinician. As an EAP Clinician, you will play a vital role in supporting the mental health and wellbeing of employees across various Australian workplaces.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of mental health principles and be able to provide effective support and guidance to individuals experiencing workplace-related issues. You will work closely with a team of professionals who share your passion for delivering exceptional service and making a real difference in people's lives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Mental Health Expertise: You will have qualifications in Psychology or Mental Health Social Work, with current registration or membership.
- Workplace Intervention Strategies: Experience in facilitated discussions, training, and development, as well as workplace behaviour coaching, is desirable.
- Client Relationships: You will be proactive and engaging with organisational customers, identifying workplace issues and communicating them confidently.
- Clinical Competence: You will have the ability to identify opportunities for upselling and on selling EAP services, record clinical notes when appropriate, and engage with organisational customers and individual clients.
