We are seeking a Gaming Manager to lead our gaming team.

Job Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the gaming room, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for customers and providing exceptional service. Key responsibilities include:

  • Building strong relationships with regular customers to create a loyal customer base.
  • Working closely with colleagues to maintain a safe and enjoyable environment for all patrons.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience working in a gaming environment, ideally in a management capacity.
  • A strong understanding of compliance and risk management principles, including RSA and RSG/RCG certification.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with colleagues and customers alike.
