Sydney Real Estate Finance Specialist

This firm's real estate finance team is consistently ranked Band 1 by Chambers and recognised for its depth, deal-making expertise, and client-focused approach.
In this role, you will:
- Advise on real estate finance transactions, preparing, reviewing, and negotiating finance documents.
- Take day-to-day responsibility for progressing transactions, coordinating with clients, financiers, and advisers.
- Delegate work to junior team members, supervise output, and provide leadership, training, and mentoring.
Key Requirements:
- 3+ years' experience in loan markets, ideally gained at a top-tier or respected mid-tier firm or in-house.
- Real estate finance experience, including acquisition and development finance.
- Strong drafting and negotiation skills for facility, security, and intercreditor documentation.
