About The Role:

We are seeking a skilled Production Worker to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will play a crucial role in achieving our high-quality standards and delivering exceptional customer service.

Your primary responsibilities will include selecting items from tubs, scanning them, inspecting for damage or stains, folding the items, packing them into bags, labeling, and sending them down the conveyor.

To succeed in this role, you must be able to work well as part of a team, stand for long periods, have a reasonable level of personal fitness, demonstrate the ability to read instructions and apply them to your work, and focus on working safely while caring for the safety of others.

Prior experience as a process worker, pick/packer, or in a hospital/hospitality environment that involved cleaning or laundry duties will be beneficial but not essential.

Estimated Salary: AU$45,000 - AU$55,000 per annum depending on experience. This salary estimate takes into account the location and industry standard for similar positions.
