Fitter and Turner

We are seeking a highly skilled Fitter and Turner to join our team at Pact Group's manufacturing facility. As a key member of our Site-based team, you will be responsible for providing hands-on support on all aspects of maintenance and upkeep of all manufacturing assets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment and machinery
• Conduct root cause analysis on critical failures and implement corrective actions
• Collaborate with the Maintenance and Quality teams to troubleshoot issues and maintain plant production capability
• Develop and implement preventative maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and ensure compliance with statutory requirements
• Provide training and guidance to junior team members

Requirements:

• Mechanical trade qualifications and experience in a similar role
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and overtime
