Job Description

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our team in delivering financial counselling, advisory and tenancy advocacy programs across Melbourne's Metro North East region.

In this role, you will oversee the delivery of high-quality services, provide direct client support where necessary, and supervise a multidisciplinary team to meet program objectives.

You will also be accountable for meeting contract requirements, driving operational performance, and connecting the team to broader professional development supports within the organisation.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Ability to engage with consumers experiencing homelessness
