Dispensing Professional

We are seeking a retail expert to enhance the customer experience in our optical stores.

As a Dispensing Professional, you will play a vital role in shaping customers' journeys from initial consultations and pre-testing to customizing High-Fashion frames that match their lifestyles.

You will collaborate with renowned brands such as Ray-Ban, Oakley, Prada, D&G, Burberry, Miu Miu, Versace, and many others.

The role requires working in a fast-paced retail environment where you will provide exceptional customer service and support customers in selecting and purchasing frames.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivering outstanding customer experiences and ensuring a positive shopping journey
  • Assisting customers in frame selection and purchasing decisions
  • Operating point-of-sale systems and processing transactions efficiently
  • Maintaining store displays and visual merchandising standards

Requirements include:

  • Previous retail experience, preferably in the optical industry
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to learn quickly
  • A passion for helping others appreciate life's beauty
