As a Personnel Security Vetting Specialist you will conduct thorough assessments and interviews to verify the integrity and trustworthiness of individuals.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Conduct Security Evaluation Interviews and assessments according to relevant policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with vetting agencies and stakeholders to ensure seamless processes.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in personnel security vetting.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working with Commonwealth vetting agencies or similar.
  • Excellent organisational skills, able to handle multiple cases simultaneously.
  • Professional demeanour, strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to elicit relevant information quickly.
  • Passion for personnel security vetting and commitment to upholding high standards.
  • Australian citizenship and obtainment or holding of a national security clearance.
  • Certificate IV in Government Security (Personnel Vetting).
