We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented HR Operations Administrator to join our HR Operations team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the HR team, including managing employee lifecycle processes such as onboarding, maintaining personnel records, and ensuring compliance with HR policies.
Responsibilities Include:- Managing employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, offboarding, and record-keeping.
- Providing front-line advice relating to employee relation queries by interpreting awards, Enterprise Agreements, policies, and procedures, ensuring adherence to guidelines and relevant legislation.
- Supporting the Team Leader HR Operations with continuous improvement projects relating to the upgrade or development of existing or potential HR systems, as well as HR audits, service recognition events, and staff engagement survey activities.
- Generating and maintaining HR reports pertaining to WGEA, non-compliance, engagement survey results, and any other ad-hoc reporting requested by the Team Leader HR Operations.
