Administrative roles are an integral part of any organisation, and the Funding and Administration Officer position is no exception.
We are currently seeking a skilled professional to provide high-level administrative support to our team in Woolloongabba. This role will involve providing general administrative duties, including filing, e-filing and collation of service documents, as well as preparing agreements for relevant service programs.
The ideal candidate will have experience with NDIS funding and be able to maintain a good working knowledge of database management systems such as Carelink. They will also possess exceptional attention to detail, adaptability, and flexibility, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:
- General administrative duties including filing, e-filing and collation of service documents.
- Prepare agreements for relevant service programs.
- Maintain a good working knowledge of database management systems such as Carelink.
- Distribution of financial statements and client communications, both electronic and hard copy.
Requirements:
- Exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to work with speed and accuracy.
- Ability to be adaptable and flexible, and respond quickly to changing priorities.
- Sound knowledge of business correspondence and report generation.
- Experience with NDIS funding.
- A customer service professional who is experienced at exceeding customer expectations.
