We are seeking a skilled Senior Java Backend Developer to join our dynamic squad/tribe, where you will work closely with business stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

This role involves delivering high-quality Java APIs for mobile applications, working under the guidance of our Chapter Lead to implement agreed solutions and schedules.

The ideal candidate will have comprehensive knowledge of Apigee, Spring Framework, including Spring MVC, Spring Security, Spring OAuth2, and Spring Data.

Experience with Spring Boot and microservices is a plus, as is excellent problem-solving skills, a willingness to learn new skills quickly, and extensive commercial experience with Java 7 and 8.

Familiarity with Agile Methodologies and practices is essential, as well as a can-do attitude and a desire to share knowledge with the team.

In exchange for your expertise, we offer a competitive salary package, which includes a base salary of $120,000 per year, as well as opportunities for growth and professional development within our company.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Comfortable working with a wide range of open-source tools and IDEs.
  • Proficient in Linux, Windows, and Unix systems.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Apigee, Spring Framework, and related technologies.
  • Experience with Spring Boot and microservices (desired).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Eager to learn new skills and fast learner.
  • Extensive commercial experience with Java 7 and 8.
  • Familiarity with Agile Methodologies and practices.
