About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Early Childhood Teacher to join our team at Goodstart Middle Park. As a key member of our centre, you will play a vital role in shaping the educational journey of our children and supporting their growth and development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement high-quality educational programs that cater to the diverse needs of our children
  • Build strong relationships with families and communicate effectively to ensure a collaborative approach to education
  • Collaborate with our centre leadership team to develop, review, and implement educational policies and procedures
  • Contribute to the development of a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes social, emotional, and cognitive growth
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge in early childhood education
