Ecological Character Restoration Leader

The Department for Environment and Water is seeking an experienced leader to drive the restoration of the Coorong South Lagoon's ecological character. This exciting opportunity will see you working closely with various stakeholders to implement key initiatives and achieve significant environmental outcomes.

  1. Lead the development, coordination, and implementation of the Healthy Coorong, Healthy Basin initiative.
  2. Collaborate across DEW Branches and with stakeholders to facilitate successful project delivery.
  3. Ensure timely milestone completion, strong communication, collaboration, and mutual support between project teams.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Leadership and project management experience in a similar environment.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
