Job Title: Experienced Home Cleaner

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented home cleaner to provide top-notch cleaning services in private homes or supported accommodation.

Job Description:

As an experienced home cleaner, you will be responsible for performing general cleaning duties, including vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and disinfecting surfaces. You will also clean bathrooms, kitchens, bedrooms, and other living areas as required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform daily cleaning tasks with attention to detail and efficiency.
  • Clean all areas of the home, including bathrooms, kitchens, bedrooms, and living rooms.
  • Use safe and effective cleaning methods and products.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and support staff.
  • Maintain accurate records of services provided.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in domestic or commercial cleaning, preferably in a similar setting.
  • A valid National Police Check and Working with Children Check.
  • Current First Aid Certificate and knowledge of infection control principles.
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Desirable Qualifications:

The following qualifications would be highly valued:

  • Previous experience working with people with disability.
  • Understanding of NDIS and person-centered care principles.
