Job Title: Business Advisory Manager

We are seeking an experienced Business Advisory Manager to join our team in Sydney. This role will provide tax and accounting advice and solutions to a diverse portfolio of small to medium sized entities, family and privately owned businesses, trusts and partnerships.

About the Role

  • Provide tax and accounting advice and solutions to clients
  • Develop technical expertise working across services including tax and accounting compliance and business advisory work for middle market clients
  • Play a key role in client engagements including regular client contact and attending client presentations and meetings with senior leaders
  • Develop into a mentor to assist other less experienced team members

Requirements

  • Post-graduate advisory experience in an accounting firm specializing in Australian tax and accounting services
  • Bachelor of Business (Accounting) or equivalent from an Australian institution
  • Experience in preparation of financial statements, BAS and income tax returns for all entity types
  • Knowledge of all structures and corporate groups, with the ability to manage compliance with Division 7A and trust distribution
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
  • An ability to establish and develop effective professional relationships
