We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Talent Acquisition Director to join our team at Samsung Electronics Perú.
As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing end-to-end recruitment strategies and frameworks to attract top talent across the business.
You will work closely with business leaders and stakeholders to identify hiring needs, coach them on their responsibilities in the hiring process, and oversee the candidate selection process from job briefing to offer management.
A strong understanding of commercial settings and experience in recruiting Sales, Category/Product & Marketing roles is essential. You will also have extensive knowledge of recruitment best practices and a deep understanding of external talent market conditions & trends.
In addition to your technical skills, you will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage complex stakeholder expectations and multiple competing priorities.
