Role Summary

This Physical Security Risk Specialist position plays a crucial role in creating a safe and secure environment for employees, embracing the company's values of inclusion and belonging.

The Protective Security Group is responsible for protecting the physical safety and security of people, spaces, and events. As part of this role, you will help create and maintain risk registers and treatment plans, ensuring information is current, accurate, and aligned with internal frameworks.

  • Conduct risk assessments and provide practical risk and security advice.

  • Partner with Senior Security Risk Specialists across a wide range of safety and security risk activities.

  • Track risk treatment plans until completion and assist teams in implementation if needed.

  • Support risk reporting, metrics, education, and training initiatives focused on employee safety and security.

  • Develop security and safety risk processes and tools to ensure they remain fit for purpose as the organization scales.

  • Build a strong, risk-aware culture within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate will have experience conducting risk assessments and advisory activities, understanding enterprise risk management principles and frameworks, and developing or maintaining documentation related to risk management.

A background in security or safety risk management is essential, ideally for a global/multi-country organization.

Demonstrated analytical skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to effectively communicate to diverse audiences are also required.
