Australia Post is a leading provider of postal and parcel services, and we're seeking a skilled Revenue Protection Officer to join our team.
As a Revenue Protection Officer, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the integrity of our mail and parcel services, while also providing exceptional customer service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with administrative duties, including stocktaking and record maintenance
- Sort and process mail and parcels
- Perform administrative tasks, including data entry and reporting
- Operate a Walkie Stacker to move mail and parcels
About You
We're looking for a friendly, enthusiastic, and reliable individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. You'll need to be able to lift up to 16kgs of mail regularly and stand for your shift.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Physical ability to lift and move mail and parcels
