About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Insurance Broker to join our Melbourne team. As a Client Broker (Insurance), you will be responsible for providing exceptional client service to industry professionals, managing client insurance policy renewals, and maintaining strong relationships with internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-level client service to industry professionals
  • Assist the Senior Broker with day-to-day management of client insurance policy renewals, endorsements, and domestic building insurance
  • Maintain strong relationships with industry and internal stakeholders
  • Upsell and cross-sell relevant insurance products for an existing portfolio
  • Communicate with customers via phone and face-to-face meetings and through timely action of client requests
Requirements
  • Experience providing high-level customer service
  • Highly motivated and proactive approach to work and portfolio
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong time management skills to meet key deadlines and prioritize work
  • Willingness to obtain a Tier 1 - Insurance Broking (we can support the time and cost for this)
