About the Role

We are seeking friendly, enthusiastic individuals to join our store teams as seasonal casual team members. This is a great opportunity to get involved, support your local community, and be part of something bigger.

This role involves working across weekdays, weekends, and busy trading periods to provide excellent customer service and maintain a clean and welcoming store environment.

As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to learn new skills in a hands-on retail environment and contribute to the success of your local store.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve customers with warmth and a smile: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to queries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Keep shelves stocked and the store looking great: Ensure that all products are accurately priced, labeled, and stocked on shelves, maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
  • Support online orders and store operations: Assist with processing online orders, managing stock levels, and contributing to the smooth operation of the store.
  • Work safely and as part of a close-knit team: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve store goals, maintain a safe working environment, and adhere to company policies and procedures.
