Aboriginal Change Leaders Wanted">Family violence services are seeking Aboriginal change leaders to provide cultural and operational leadership.We're looking for experienced professionals with a deep understanding of Aboriginal cultures, trauma-informed approaches, and commitment to healing.Our ideal candidate will have experience in family violence, child and family services, or similar community roles.As an Aboriginal change leader, you'll be responsible for guiding service delivery, embedding culturally safe practice, and supporting your team to walk alongside Aboriginal families with care and respect.Some of the key responsibilities include:• Providing cultural and operational leadership to a small team responding to family violence.• Ensuring every response is culturally informed and trauma-aware.• Developing and implementing culturally safe practices within the organization.What You/'ll Bring:• Identify as Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander.• Relevant qualification or equivalent lived/professional experience.What/'s on Offer:• SCHADS Level 5 or 6+, depending on experience and role.• Relocation support available (where applicable).• A culturally safe and inclusive workplace.• Ongoing training, mentoring, and leadership development.• Long-term career pathways within Victoria and beyond.
