- Develop and implement effective therapy plans, utilizing evidence-based interventions such as CBT, ACT, and social skills training.
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive case notes, therapy plans, and NDIS end-of-plan reports.
- Engage in ongoing professional development to stay up-to-date with best practices and AHPRA requirements.
- Bachelor of Psychology (Honours) or equivalent.
- Full Registration as a Psychologist with the Psychology Board of Australia.
- Positive attitude and outlook.
- Confident, assertive, and self-motivated.
- Ability to build strong relationships and foster teamwork.
- Effective planning and time management skills.
