We're seeking a skilled Coach to support our claims team in developing technical capabilities and case-specific strategies. As a Customer and Technical Coach, you will play a crucial role in overseeing our Learning and Development program, coordinating customer metric reporting, and identifying operational improvements.
About the Role- Coach and mentor Case Managers to enhance their technical expertise and strategy awareness.
- Deliver training as part of our Learning and Development program.
- Coordinate TIO MAC's customer metric reporting, including call coaching analysis and Voice of Customer feedback.
- Analyze business data to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices.
- Understand customer insights and drive continuous improvements in the claims experience.
- Review and update internal guidelines to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
