About the Role

This role is best suited for someone with prior experience in administration, customer service, or a related field. You will have a good understanding of Microsoft Office, excellent communication skills (written and verbal), as well as a keen eye for detail.

As a Mobilisation Administration Support Volunteer, you will assist the Mobilisation Team with daily administrative requirements to ensure volunteers and members have the best possible experience with us.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with database management and general enquiries
  • Support the volunteering onboarding process
  • Maintain existing records for all Western Australian volunteers
Requirements
  • Prior experience in administration, customer service, or a related field
  • Good understanding of Microsoft Office
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Keen eye for detail
