Civil Infrastructure Compliance Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled Coordinator to lead proactive inspections of civil infrastructure assets and ensure compliance with our Road Management Plan.

As a Coordinator, you will have strong leadership skills and be committed to community safety, driving real impact in our region.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead proactive inspections of all civil infrastructure assets.
- Monitor and manage staff and contractor performance to ensure quality and timely delivery.
- Investigate incident reports and insurance claims related to road infrastructure.
- Develop and deliver regular compliance reports.
- Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support strategic and operational outcomes.
- Nationally recognised civil engineering qualification or significant experience in civil infrastructure management.
- Proven experience in leading teams and managing contractors within local government or infrastructure environments.
- Strong understanding of road and asset management principles.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Willingness to undergo background checks.
- Collaborative and inclusive mindset.
