The Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) team at our organization is dedicated to creating innovative, scalable, and secure platforms for patients, providers, and people across the globe. Our primary goal is to accelerate well-being and growth by transforming core operations, enabling patient and partner outcomes, and building future-ready systems.
Our strategy focuses on aligning goals and promoting collaboration across all organizational areas. This includes fostering shared ownership, developing flexible platforms that can easily scale to meet global demands, and implementing global standards for key processes to ensure efficiency and consistency.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the analysis and re-engineering of PLM processes within regulated product development and quality assurance environments, ensuring alignment with compliance requirements.
- Partner with business stakeholders to define business problems and use cases, analyzing and documenting current and future state business processes regarding PLM.
- Define and prioritize user stories, ensuring alignment with business needs and objectives.
- Facilitate ideation and solution design workshops, supporting the delivery of technology solutions and ensuring effective implementation and real business value.
- Identify potential risks associated with technology and operational change, developing mitigation strategies to address them.
- Ensure full requirements traceability with documented evidence for each release.
- Champion user-centric design principles in delivering PLM-related system interfaces, ensuring usability and adoption in high-compliance manufacturing and quality operations.
- Collaborate with external technology vendors, system integrators, and validation consultants to ensure fit-for-purpose solutions and adherence to software validation protocols.
