Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced cybersecurity professional to lead the design, implementation, operation, and improvement of security controls and infrastructure to protect our digital assets and operations.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cybersecurity, with expertise in threat analysis, vulnerability management, incident response, and risk assessment.
They will be responsible for developing and implementing security policies, procedures, and standards to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of our digital assets.
Additionally, they will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate potential security risks and threats.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience (ideally 3+ years) working in enterprise environments, with a strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and practices.
- Strong technical expertise in areas such as network security, endpoint security, cloud security, and identity and access management.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex security issues and develop effective solutions.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with security information and event management (SIEM) systems, threat intelligence platforms, and other security tools and technologies.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Assurance, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a cybersecurity engineer or related role.
