Job Title: Warehouse Operative

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Warehouse Operative to join our team. As a key member of the warehouse team, you will be responsible for safely operating a forklift to load and unload containers, as well as performing general warehouse duties.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of experience in forklift driving and a valid forklift license. You will also be required to repetitively lift bags & cartons, some weighing +20kgs, and have a current driver's licence. A vehicle is necessary for commuting to and from sites.

In return for your hard work, we offer competitive pay rates, with a rate determined by a container rate system. The faster you unload, the higher the rate per hour. Additionally, depending on the number of units in the containers, if they're mixed or difficult, these factors determine how much you earn per day.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Safely operate a forklift to load and unload containers
  • Perform general warehouse duties
  • Lift bags & cartons, some weighing +20kgs
  • Work independently and as part of a team

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in forklift driving
  • Valid forklift license
  • Current driver's licence
  • Vehicle for commuting to and from sites
