Job Description

As a Delivery Manager, you will lead cross-functional teams, coordinate resources, and manage stakeholder expectations to deliver high-quality results that align with business objectives. This role involves the successful planning, execution, monitoring, and completion of projects within scope, time, and budget constraints.

You will be responsible for:

Project Management Responsibilities

You will plan, manage, and direct large-scale, complex projects based on defined needs and objectives. Key responsibilities include:

  • Planning scope and baseline for the project
  • Defining project milestones and tracking progress
  • Developing and reporting integrated delivery plans
  • Applying management knowledge, skills, tools, and techniques to achieve desired results
  • Executing project schedules to ensure timely completion of activities

Risk & Quality Management

You will ensure all projects adhere to end-to-end project methodology compliance standards. Key responsibilities include:

  • Identifying project dependencies and assessing risks
  • Monitoring and controlling work to maintain project momentum
  • Evaluating trade-offs between project size, complexity, cost, urgency, risk, and stakeholder value

Stakeholder Management

You will partner with business sponsors to define success metrics and criteria, keeping stakeholders informed about project status through regular updates and reports.

Team Leadership

You will build, lead, and coach project teams throughout project lifecycles to drive successful outcomes. This includes executing formal reviews and management reviews.

Requirements & Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Project Management qualification (e.g., PMI, PRINCE2, Diploma/Certificate in PM) or equivalent
  • Advanced application of competencies in complex, dynamic environments
  • Demonstrated deep knowledge and experience in key competencies, with specialist expertise
  • Experience managing large digital transformation programs or projects
  • Detailed knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and templates
  • Sound leadership and people skills, including communication, stakeholder management, and team building
