About the Opportunity

We have an exciting opportunity for a Data and Reporting Manager to join our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and implementing changes to the new data and reporting platform through collaboration with key strategic and operational stakeholders.

The Data and Reporting Manager will have day-to-day responsibility for transforming data into meaningful business insight that is aligned to our vision and strategy and elevating the data culture across the organization.

As a Data and Reporting Manager, you'll work closely with executives and key business stakeholders to build excellent relationships and deliver high-quality data and reporting products that drive process improvement across all areas of the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leading and mentoring a team that oversees a modern data & reporting platform;
  • Designing and maintaining cloud data and reporting platforms in medium to large corporate environments;
  • Developing strong skills in Microsoft cloud data and reporting components (e.g., Azure Synapse, Power BI service) including modern ETL and ELT practices;
  • Working knowledge of Data Engineering, Quality and Governance considerations;
  • Building excellent relationships with executives and key business stakeholders;
  • Understanding and learning the business to build data and reporting products that can be used to find insight that drives process improvement across all areas of the organization;
Requirements
  • Experience leading and mentoring a team that oversees a modern data & reporting platform;
  • Previous experience in designing and maintaining cloud data and reporting platforms in medium to large corporate environments;
  • Strong skills in Microsoft cloud data and reporting components (e.g., Azure Synapse, Power BI service) including modern ETL and ELT practices;
  • Working knowledge of Data Engineering, Quality and Governance considerations;
  • Able to work closely and build excellent relationships with executives and key business stakeholders;
  • Willingsness to understand and learn the business to build data and reporting products that can be used to find insight that drives process improvement across all areas of the organization;
