This role is pivotal in creating a welcoming environment and delivering exceptional resident experiences for our students.
Key Responsibilities:- Developing a warm atmosphere that ensures residents have a positive first impression of UniLodge facilities
- Providing assistance with student residency, academic, and wellbeing-related inquiries
- Maintaining and reporting concerns related to resident safety, escalating issues as necessary
- Coordinating administrative tasks such as mail management and filing

Candidate Requirements:- Background in reception or hospitality preferred
- Passion for delivering exceptional guest services
- Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High computer proficiency and ability to learn new systems
- Demonstrates a caring attitude towards students
- Unrestricted work rights in Australia
- Current National Police Check (within last 3 months, at own expense)
- Working with Children's Check (NSW)
- Ability to work 38 hours per week across a rotating roster from Monday to Sunday
